Clearing Your Cache or Temporary Internet Files

Google Chrome

1. Click the Chrome menu () in the upper-right corner.
2. Select More Tools > Clear browsing data.
3. In the dialog box, check:
   • Browsing history
   • Download history
   • Cookies and other site data
   • Cached images and files
4. From the time range drop-down, select All time to delete everything.
5. Click Clear data.
6. Close Chrome completely (click the X), then reopen and try your action again.

Microsoft Edge

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.
2. In the Time range drop-down, select All time.
3. Check:
   • Browsing history
   • Download history
   • Cookies and other site data
   • Cached images and files
4. Click Clear now.
5. Close Edge completely (click the X), then reopen and try your action again.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Click the Menu button () in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Options (or Settings).
3. Go to Privacy & Security.
4. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
5. Check:
   • Cookies and Site Data
   • Cached Web Content
6. Click Clear.
7. Close Firefox completely (click the X), then reopen and try your action again.

Safari (Mac)

1. In the top menu bar, select History > Clear History.
2. From the drop-down, choose All History.
3. Click Clear History.
4. Close Safari completely (click the X), then reopen and try your action again.
