- Select the Help Center drop-down list.
- Choose Submit a Help Ticket from the drop-down list.
- If applicable, modify the Email address in the ticket.
- Choose the most appropriate description from the Subject drop-down list.
- Enter your question or problem in the narrative box and include as much detailed information as possible.
- Select Submit.
